Lisa has worked strategically with digital business and marketing, leading enterprises and mid-market companies through transformation processes. In her work she has identified strategic business objectives, digital improvement initiatives both on a commercial and operational level, made recommendations to governance and anchoring both locally and globally. Lately she has added anthropological methods to her skill set. Her work includes digital strategy, definition of targets/KPI’s, process optimisation, digital coaching, organisational development and platform/technology strategies.
